The building work is progressing very well and the professionalism
of K-Tech has
now put us 3 weeks ahead of schedule. We are expecting to ‘top out’
the
building within the next 3 weeks.
The pool area and the car-park access areas are all now well
underway with all
underground services having been completed. We are now pouring the
5th floor
with a new floor being poured every 12 days, which is a great effort
by our construction team.
All statutory services are in hand and no delays are expected, at
the current
rate of progress we could expect to be finished in late July!.
